Madbull Airsoft – Horizontal Loop Picatinny Rail Sling Adapter

When somebody is looking for exotic airsoft parts (e.g. a DD L85/ SA80 Handguard Rail) or even likes to pimp a blaster with a perfect looking Surefire can then it`s time to check out Madbull Airsoft products. Their fabulous reputation relates to close coop work with “Real Steel” companies like Gemtech, Surefire, JP Rifles or Daniel Defense that brought many supreme licensed product to the airsoft market.
Their product line is expanding more and more (grips, adapters, gearbox parts) but i don`t know if it is necessary that they release many “ordinary” products from now on. Does anybody need another GB V2 piston? There are so many fantastic manufacturers out there (e.g. Laylax, Systema, G&P) that do this for years. On the other hand i understand that Madbull expands its lineup with products that are perfect add-ons to their existing products. It is obvious to offer e.g. sling mounts when they have so much picatinny rails and handguards in their line of goods, isn`t it?

Today i like to write about their new Horizontal Loop Picatinny Rail Sling Adapter (SA#01).
This little fellow is from lightweight T6 6061 aluminum (mounting screw is steel), with a hard matte black anodized coating. It accepts any sling and mash hooks and offers a very interesting slim profile and streamline design that fits all picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rails.

Let`s compare Madbulls version with two other ones: (left: AABB / Right: G&P)

I installed it on three of my guns and check it with different slings and positions on the rails. I really dig the design and functionality. Regarding the necessary loop dimensions i think this one is pretty small! It sits like a bomb and looks pretty dope! Perfect!
OK, it`s not a new approach to things like S&S Precision`s Sling Clip but if you are looking for a simple adapter mount that does its job – this could be your first choice!

Addendum: there is another version out there – the Vertical Loop (#SA-02) which is similar to this one and also worth to check out!

Have fun! 🙂
